The alcohol or alkanolamine may be methanol or monoisopropanolamine. The liquid detergent formulation may include a fatty alcohol-ethylene oxide-propylene oxide adduct as surface active agent, sodium hydroxide and a sequestering agent selected from sodium citrate, sodium gluconate and amino trimethylene phosphoric acid. |
