PURPOSE:To provide a device for measuring amount of contamination, in which quantity and quality of water in flow-in line and flow-out line are measured continually to operated the amount of contamination loading simultaneously with estimation of substantial amount of contamination loading to thereby operate the amount of contamination loading on flow-in and flow-out lines.
