Electric lamp bulb is made of photo-resistant sodium-calcium silicate glass as in DT 1764747 modified in that the UV radiation absorbing material contains 0.8 to 10% wt. of TiO2. Quantities of Fe2O3 and TiO2 are so correlated that the starting absorption coefficient of the glass is less than 0.05 cm-1 in the visible range. |
