<p>The element consists of a rectangular piece in plastics material. The piece has four sides on edge and a top surface. The element is equipped with a number of split sleeve (4) each furnished with circular rings (5) on the outside. The top of the element is fitted with a peg (7) integral with it and above the sleeve. The element is located by inserting the sleeves into drilled holes and a mounting (9). The peg (7) is driven through the top of the element (3) and forces the sides of the sleeves outwards to give a rigid fixing between the two components (3, 9).</p> |
