Junction piece for tubular structure - is metal or plastics block drilled to receive tubes at right angles held by grub screws

The junction consists of a metal or plastics cylinder or block which is drilled through from top to bottom (1) to allow the passge of one tube or two tubes butting up to each other. Alternatively a tube may be butted into the junction with a plug being fitted at the other end. A second tube (2) may be fitted at right angles to the first, missing the first so as to go straight through. A third tube (3) is at right angles to the other two and misses them both. Grub screws locate the tubes in the junction.
