Round plastic brush for eyelashes comprises bristles which are integral with a hollow, elastically deformable bristle carrier of thermoplastic material. The bristle carrier is fitted over the brush handle shaft which determines the cross-sectional shape of the bristle carrier. The wall thickness of the bristle carrier is pref. 1/4 of its inside dia. of an equivalent internal dimension. The bristles may be slightly curved perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the carrier, with successively bristles (inthe longitudinal direction of the carrier) curved in opposite directions. Because the bristles and carrier are made of the same flexible plastic material, the bristles have the desired flexibility and the carrier can be mfd. in a shape which facilitates mfr.
