Saturated steam sterilisation system - has cold water heat exchange removed from system for steam production

The sterilization system is for use with large sterilizer devices which are fed from a remote steam source. The material to be sterilized comes into contact with saturated steam and has cold water extracted from the recondensed sterilization steam. Sterilization steam is generated from warm water heated during heat exchange from the condensing steam. The extracted cold water separates into warmer and cooler sections as a result of the different specific gravities occuring in the water as a result of temperature variation.
