The storage system for agricultural operations is esp. for the storage or the removal of rough fodder and silage. The store includes several drane jibs having a meander style link connection with each other and the positioning of jibs, guides as well as of pressure cylinders makes it possible for the system to take up the smallest possible space or alternatively to have the longest possible reach. The control cab for the operation of the crane jibs etc. is located above the turntable to ensure the best overall view. The crane and control cab is positioned near the gable top of the storage shed or barn and is capable of reaching any point within the barn.
