Derivatives of 3,20-diketo-17 alpha -hydroxy-19-norpregnene-4 and their method of preparation is described. These compounds are useful as progestationals, pituitary-suppresants, contraceptives, anti-androgens, anti-estrogens, anti-seborrehoeics and inhibitors of benign prostate hyperplasia.
