PURPOSE:To carrying noodle strip while untying noodle strip and prevent re-binding of noodle strip by forming an unevenness on the inner face of an endless band carrying body carrying noodle strip and giving vibration to the carrying body by touching the uneven face to a lever body and vertically vibrating the noodle strip on the carrying body. CONSTITUTION:Grain powder is kneaded with water to give noodle dough, which is then rolled and cut to afford a noodle strip and the noodle strip is carried to the successive process by a carrying device 30. When the strip is carried, the carrying device 30 constitutes of an endless band carrying body 31, a pair of rotators 33 for stretching and supporting the carrying body 31 and a driving device for driving rotators 33. Unevenness 38 is further formed in the inner face of endless band carrying body 31 and a lever body 52 is arranged on the inner face of upper part of carrying body 31. Thereby, when the noodle strip is put on the carrying body 31 and carried, a vibration is given to the carrying body 31 by touching the uneven face 38 to the lever body 52 and the noodle strip on the carrying body 31 is also vertically vibrated to untie the noodle strip. As a result, re-binding of noodle can be prevented. |
