<p>1360367 Alkyl derivatives of 4<SP>1</SP>-aminomethyldibenzo - [b,e] - 11 - oxepine - 2<SP>1</SP> - spiro - 1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP>- dioxolane DELALANDE SA 19 Jan 1973 [15 Dec 1972] 2879/73 Addition to 1359951 Heading C2C Alkyl derivatives of 4<SP>1</SP>-aminomethyl-dibenzo- [b,e] - 11 - oxepine - 2<SP>1 </SP>- spiro - 1 1 ,3<SP>1</SP> - dioxolane of formula which R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms are claimed per se. These compounds are prepared by condensing, in a benzene medium, 4<SP>1 </SP>- bromomethyl - dibenzo - [b,e]- 11 - oxepine - 2<SP>1</SP>- spiro - 11,31 - dioxolane of formula with a primary amine of formula R-NH 2 in which R has the same significance as in above. The compounds are used as pharmaceuticals.</p> |
