Insulated sectional freight container - has laminated plastic-coated or galvanised walls with braked castor wheels

The insulated container has external dimensions to match standard freight container dimensions, with a base of 806 x 716 mm, height of 1750mm and braked rollers. It is built in sections so that any damaged parts, such as steel frame, outer skin panels, individual insulating components, inner panels and locking mechanism can be renewed if damaged. The locking mechanism is accommodated in a shockproof zone of the container, and comprises rotary rods with locking devices at top and bottom. The upper handle can be lead-sealed. The reinforced panels are laminated with plastics-coated or galvanised surfaces and a sheet aluminium interior.
