Synchronisation system for binary data signals - has read:in and read: out selectors moving along memory cells

The synchronisation system, for binary data signals, has a read-in selector stopping at cell (n) of the memory when a start polarity of longer duration preceeds a state change detected as the beginning of a start step. The selector stops for the duration of this start polarity. Similarly the selector is stopped at cell (n+1) for the duration of the stop polarity when characters follow the state change. The read-out selector is reset to cell 0 when the read-in selector reaches a given cell. Both selectors are stopped and released simultaneously when the read-in selector is stopped at cell (n). The read-out selector stops at cell (n+1) only when the read-in selector remains at cell (n+1).
