The timepiece has a zero-resetting mechanism for the minutes hand, which allows the latter to be returned to zero when the hours band is positioned on the hour. The resulting mechanism employs a manual push-button having a pin (5) which can slide within the timepiece housing. The pin is biased outwards by a return spring (6). The push-button head (1) is attached to its outer end. The other end of the pin (5) is conical or divided and cooperates with a V-shaped peripheral notch (4) formed in a disc (3) attached to the shaft of the minutes hand, to bring the minutes hand to the 12 o'clock position. The disc (3) may have a second diametrically opposed notch (4') for bringing the minutes hand to the 6 o'clock position, for resetting the half-hour.
|
