<p>The fixture is for attachment for the edge of a stretched tarpaulin, or similar sheet, to a beam, or other carrier esp. to a flat or simply or multipally curved support structure. It is designed to simplify the process of attachment and ensure evenly distributed tension. The sheet edge (3b) to be attached is reinforced by a series of bars (5), one behind the other. On each bar end is a part of a connecting pin, which has its other part (8a,8b) on the support (1,2). One end (5a) of each bar is also fitted with part (7c) of an additional connector, the other part of which is on a hand lever (10). This can be swivelled about a bearing component (9) on the support.</p> |
