<p>Flame resistant boards of bonded wood sheets and/or lignocellulosic material wherein the boards are bonded with a bonding agent, such as a formaldehyde resin, and a flame retardant mixture comprising ammonium bromide, an organic phosphate such as urea phosphate and an amine derivative of a formaldehyde polymer such as hexamethylenetetramine whereby said amine derivative inhibits the rate of gelling of said bonding agent.</p> |
