In an embodiment, the axial cables which produce the additional prestress extend through an intermediate section consisting of individual elements 9 and disposed between the central sections 4 of the top cover and base. The thickness of the cover and of the base using axial cables is 1.5m against 2.5m required for conventional forms of construction.
