A regulator valve for a vehicle heating system has a main body (20) with two chambers, one (25a) placed behind the other (23) and communicating with it. The front chamber (23) has the outlet (44), whilst the rear chamber (25a) has the inlet (33), forming part of an inserted back plate (30, 34). Between the two is a disc plate (28), having a shaped port, and forming the flow regulator. In the front chamber is fitted a cranked arm (36), the eccentric pin (48) engaging the disc plate (46). The arm carries a roller (29) which, when rotated by the control handle (37, 42) at the front, can open or seal off the outlet. The roler and disc plate assembly move as one. |
