<p>In the process conducting under pressure and high temp. using catalyst and removal of the heat of reaction, a dispersion (II) of a powdered catalyst (III) finely dispersed in a liq. medium (IV) is circulated at a controllable rate, with simultaneous addn. of gases (I) contg. CO2 and H2 into the upstream and the heat of reaction is removed. (II) is set in rotation at the end of the reaction zone and the waste gas is discharged upwards at the centre. Most of the mixt. of (II) and liq. prod. (V) is discharged into the downstream and recycled to the upstream. The residual diluted dispersion is sepd. from (III) in the upper part of the upstream in a quite zone, (IV) and (V) is discharged sideways under press. and the prod. gas is passed upwards, the original (IV) used being removed increasingly and eventually reduced to zero. (IV) is an inert aliphatic oil b.pt. 260-380 degrees C. The amt. of circulating effective (III) wrt the (CO+H2) content of (I) is over 1, pref. 2-10 t/2300Nm3-h. (III) is regenerated by hydrogenation and pref. is based on Fe. (V) is removed by displacement with fresh (IV). High press. operation is pref.</p> |
