<p>Heating energy is supplied in pulses by a power controller, and when a specified temperature is reached, a temperature sensitive switch is automatically opened. A switch preventing overheating can be provided. The heating resistor is divided in at least two parts (A,B) and one or several of them (B) are connected to the mains through the power controller (G) which can be set to a number of different powers. At least one part (A) of the heating resistor is connected directly to the mains through the temperature sensitive switch (E) set to a certain cooking temperature, together with resistors (B) allocated to the power controller (G).</p> |
