<p>The hydro-electric installation consists of a pipe line (1), through which the driving water flows, a rotor (2) with radial vanes and a stator (3) of the electrical machine. The annular rotor (4) of the electrical machine is supported in a radial bearing (5) in the frame. The blades of the hydraulic rotor are mounted in a hub (6) so that they can be rotated about their longitudinal axis, but are restrained in a radial direction. The ends of the blades are supported in bearings in the rotor ring of the electrical machine. These bearings allow a certain amount of radial movement of the rotor, so that no radial forces are transmitted from the rotor to the blades.</p> |
