<p>The support tower incorporates four upright bars set at the corners of a rectangular plan, interconnected by horizontal and diagonal struts to form a multi-bay lattice structure. Each such bay comprises four individual bars (2), each with a connecting head (9) at its top and bottom end. These heads serve as attachment points for the struts in the bay (1), and for the connecting heads of the bars in the next bay (1), and for the connecting heads of the bars in the next bay coaxially above and/or below, the connectors being detachable. The heads may be projecting head plates on the bar ends, vertical to their axes, with ribs set vertically on them, welded to plate and bar, and arranged in four pairs. This is compact for transport, easily assembled, and readily adaptable to different heights or loadings.</p> |
