<p>Powder compositions useful for producing dielectric layers in electronic devices at firing temperatures below 1000 DEG C. The resultant dielectrics exhibit high Q (above 700) and reduced, or even negative, TCC. The compositions comprise 1-40% by weight of calcium titanate and 99-60% of certain lead-free crystallizable glasses and are optionally dispersed in an inert liquid vehicle.</p> |
