<p>The support comprises a main ring with pins fixed to its front face, and intermediate elements moving along sloped surfaces. the elements are actuated by a supplementary ring carrying pegs, and an arm fixed to the chamber walls. The main ring is displaced to simplify the design, and excludes risk of oscillation of the crystal, with consequent decrease in the dislocation content of the crystal, based on the tapered support.</p> |
