<p>The said tool has an insertion tube (1) and a guide tube (2) which can be displaced telescopically with respect thereto and through which a guide wire (3) is passed. The insertion tube is coupled to a hold-back device (5) which firmly clamps the guide wire during alternate relative movement of the two tubes (1, 2) in one direction or the other. The hold-back device has a holding body (6) with two gripping surfaces (7, 8) which are separated from one another and, depending on the movement direction, clamp or release the wire, and which can be moved into two positions in order that the tool can move the guide wire, which can be inserted into the duct, in both directions. <IMAGE></p> |
