PURPOSE:The narrowed section is secured on MIC pattern, and parasitic capacitor and inductor produced at the narrowed section are utilized to form a filter in order to interrupt the incidence of high harmonic wave or high voltage. As a result, property deterioration of MIC as well as breakage of semiconductor element can be effectively prevented. |
