PURPOSE:To provide a spare ink receiving device for a recording apparatus of ink injection type, in which a spare ink receiving member equipped with laminated spare ink receiving plates is interposed between a recording medium and an injection mechanism so as to discharge the ipare ink promptly and to effect the recording operation normally.
