摘要 <p>New: Polypeptide derivatives, of formula: (3-thio-2-X-propionyl)-L-seryl-L-asparaginyl-L-leucyl-L-seryl-L-t- hreonyl-L-hemicystinyl-L-valyl-L-leucyl-L-seryl-L-alanyl-L-tyrosy- l-L-tryptophanyl-L-arginyl-L-asparaginyl-L-leucyl-L-asparaginyl-L- -asparaginyl-L-phenylalanyl-L-histidyl-L-lysyl-L-phenylalanyl-L-s- eryl-glycyl-L-Y-glycyl-L-phenylalanylglycyl-L-propyl-L-glutamyl-L- -threonyl-L-prolinamide, (in which X is -H or -NH2 and Y is L-norleucyl- or L-methionyl) their therapeutically effective acid addition salts and heavy metal complexes are prepared according to the usual methods of peptide chemistry, the amino acids being linked together in the required sequence individually or after prior formation of smaller peptide units. In the final stage of the condensation methods are used for which racemisation does not occur or can be kept to a low level by the use of azides or the active ester and preferably with N-hydroxy-succinimides. The new polypeptide derivatives are converted to their salts with organic and inorganic acids and heavy metal complexes with zinc 2+. Uses and advantages are that the new polypeptide derivs. lower Ca plasma level and, as antagonists for hormones, being about a positive Ca balance in bones, therefore are suitable for treating bone affections.</p>
