Roof tile with ventilation aperture - has rectangular base with side locating runners and transverse lip for supporting adjacent tiles

The ventilation tile is manufactured from a mould and comprises a rectangular base with a raised central section. It projects towards the base bottom end and overhangs to prevent rain water being blown into the roof structural supports. The central section represents a semi-conical shape in its side elevation and an isosolese triangle when viewed from above. Side locating runners are formed in the base for location with adjacent tiles on the roof. An L-shaped projection is cast on the bottom underside lip to locate the tile vertically.
