The tube (2) has a neck (3) and the neck has a groove (17) on the outside. The cap neck (5) is pressed on to the tube. This part has an internal cylinder (15) and an outer cylinder (12) which fits over the groove (17). The cylinder (15) is extended to a smaller cylinder (5) which ends with a flange with an outer conical ring (19). The discharge nozzle may be ffited with ribs (6). The cap (7) has an inner ring (18) at the base which snaps into the ring (19). The cap also has an inner ring to fit the end flange of the tube. The tear off seal ring (4) butts against the outside of the cap with a flange (10) and locks under the outer ring of the tube end (13).
