The portable shower cubicle comprises an upper cubicle part comprising the side walls and sliding door and a lower part containing the shower tray and having an upper frame made up of section members by which the tray is supported. In this way there is no danger of displacement between the tray and the frame and since the tray can thus be firmly connected to the lower part of the cubicle at the place of manufacture the assembly of the cubicle is made that much easier on site. Although the upper frame can be supported by the side walls of the lower part of the cubicle it is preferred if special corner posts are used in which case the lower part can be fitted with detachable lining plates.
