<p>The ball shooting machine is mounted on a platform (1) which runs on castors (19). A pedestal (2) supports an electric motor (3) which drives a rotating hammer (4) through a shaft (5) enclosed in a housing (7). The housing (7) has an outlet near the platform (1) through which the ball (10) is ejected after being struck by the hammer. The balls are fed into the hopper and retained by a lever (12) which can be released by an electro-magnet (11), so that the balls fall one at a time in front of the hammer (4). The machine is intended for training for ball games such as football, handball or volleyball.</p> |
