The capillary section pen consists of a cylinder body which runs into a capillary holder with an inner bore containing a weight and cleaning wire. A compensating chamber fitted on the outer wall of the cylinder body is connected to the inner bore through one or more radial bores. The ink reservoir may be screwed or stuck on to the body. An axially adjustable socket (17) is fitted on the cylinder body (1) behind the ink levelling chamber (5) which is detachably connected with the cover (6) and which can be slid over the radial bores (7) when the cover is unscrewed.
