Electrostatic powder coating appliance - uses continuous filter band below cabin, with central air extractor and end powder separator

The electrostatic powder coating appliance has a cabin, through which passes a conveyor with the objects to be coated. A continuous filter band (8) partly seals the cabin from below. A suction unit (7) removes air from the cabin through the band. A powder suction unit (10) is positioned near a filter band return roller (8), through which excess powder may be supplied to a collection tank via a separator. The section of the filter band sealin the cabin is supported by a mesh consisting of structural steel webbing. The mesh has a low friction lacquer cover to reduce wear and friction.
