<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an external device from being attached/detached with an electronic device started by providing a means which stops the operation of the electronic device during the attaching/detaching operation of the external device and inhibits the attaching/detaching operation of the external device at the time of starting the electronic device. CONSTITUTION:After the start time is set, a timer 11 outputs an interrupt signal 23 to a feed control circuit 10 at the start time. At such a time, the feed control circuit 10 turns on a constant voltage circuit 14 to supply the power and the electronic device is started when a lock switch 9 is moved in the direction of an arrow (b) to set the lock state; but the circuit 10 does not turn on the constant voltage circuit 14 to inhibit the start when the lock switch 9 is in the lock release state, that is, a memory card 8 is being attached to or detached from a connector 7. When the attaching/detaching operation of the memory card 8 is terminated to set the lock switch 9 to the lock state, the constant voltage circuit 14 is turned on to start the electronic device. Thus, the memory card 8 is prevented from being attached and detached with the electronic device started.</p> |
