FILTER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in transient response time by biasing the other end of a capacitor whose one end is connected to a signal line to compose an integrating circuit with a d.c. voltage of the same polarity as that of d.c. voltage in a filter circuit which allows passage of signals containing d.c. components.
