<p>A turntable for a transfer station for a roller conveyor for connecting a supply to a take-off conveyor, in directions at right angles, pivots between the two conveyors, and can receive one article (11) at a time. At the same time the article is overturned. The swivel bearings (19,20) supporting the transfer unit are formed, so that the pivot axis extends parallel to the conveyor plane defined by the two directions of conveyance. The transfer unit (3) has two opposite conveyor sections (18) to enclose an article one forming an extension of the supply conveyor (1), and the other extending the take-off conveyor (5) during transfer.</p> |
