Heat pump with compressor and heat exchanger - has bypass evaporator connected to compressor for utilising compressor heat

The heat pump has a motor-driven compressor and heat exchangers for absorbing heat from a medium to be cooled and for transferring heat to a heat carrier. The heat losses of the motor-driven compressor are reduced relatively simply and the heat is fed into the heating system. A heat exchanger is arranged as a bypass evaporator (8) connected thermally to the compressor (3). The bypass evaporator (8) is connected parallel to the heat exchanger used as the main evaporator (2). A thermostatically-controlled valve (7) is arranged in series with the bypass evaporator (8). The heat sensor of the thermostat is connected to the compressor (3). There is a hot water container (9) which is supplied with heat from the condenser (4) of the heat pump.
