Rotary grill with foil tube food holder - allows quick even cooking with no leakage of food juices

The rotary grill includes a food container with a foil tube (23) which is sealingly closed at both ends but has a hole (25) at one end to let out the steam pressure. The two end sections of the tube are each held by a holder (16) which are each supported on the associated rotating part (13,14) by means of which the tube is rotatably held in the grill chamber. There is sufficient room between the end of the foil tube and the food to collect up the juices from the food so that they do not flow out through the hole (25). The two holders ensure that the two end sections of the tube are held in the region of the centre axis and that the tube itself is held taut so that the food lying loose in the tube does not form an imbalance for the rotating parts.
