<p>PURPOSE:To carry out a specified grinding even when the position of a work is deviated from the time of teaching by providing a means to detect contact of a grinding stone with the work from the change of the load current of a grinder motor and start running simultaneously with the detection or in a slight delay. CONSTITUTION:By means of a starting signal, a relay 41 is turned ON and a grinder motor 25 is started to run. A relay 43 is turned ON after a delay of only a timer T1, and a slide is lowered with the aid of a slide elevating motor 21. In this case, a load detecting circuit 38 monitors the smoothed load current of the grinder motor 25, and at a moment when the load current exceeds a specified level, a relay 42 is turned OFF after a delay of only a timer T2 to start a motor 27 for running.</p> |
