<p>A cutting machine for frozen meat, to be used with the usual containers, has automatic feeding. Its cutter is formed by a tensioned sword blade, the back stroke of which, is used for feeding. The cutting elements and the feeding operation are simplified. The cutting frame is arranged at an angle of 45 degrees to the machine stand and has at its bottom end the hydraulic cylinder. The piston rod is fastened to the knife holder which moves on guide rollers in the cutting frame. Other rollers fastened to the knife holder lift the table to the chute on which the goods to be cut arrive at the adjustable stop. The eccentric tensioning device for the knife is carried in ball bearings, and the knife is drawn through a gap corresponding to its thickness, on both sides of which the meat lies uniformly.</p> |
