<p>A triple piston injection aggregate for processing all kinds of thermically deformable synthetic materials has a metering piston, a compression piston and an injection piston in horizontal, diagonal and vertical location, energised hydraulically or mechanically. The heating cylinder performs a double function as compression piston and the injection cylinder a double function as compression chamber. By displacing the heating cylinder with the compression piston in the compression chamber of the injection piston and by adjusting an eccentric, the compression is infinitely variable. Design combines the advantages of the worm piston and the injection piston, and gives fast colour and material changing, no material leadking through overheating infinitely variable bank up press, infinitely variable injection press. positively metered shot, rapid charging, self cleaning does not damage glass fibres and in addition infinitely variable compression and marbling effects and works every known kind of plastic.</p> |
