The support and seating device (1) consists of an elastic spring hardened band material with a detachable anchoring within a push connection or holder mounted behind the ski binding (2). Alternatively it may have a firm connection with the running ski so that the elastic band extends upwards from the fixing in a towards the lower thigh of the skier extending backwards at an incline from the back of the knee. There the band widens into a seating surface or runs into an open angle. Alternatively the band may run downwards in the form of a second flexible leg supported on the ski or be closed into a ring shape. This sprung combination results in an easily controllable winter sports apparatus on which the user can be supportd up to the bend position.
