PURPOSE:Superconductor film is attached to an insulating substrate and is worked by a laser beam so that a DAIEM bridge-type Josephson element is obtained which is composed of 2 superconductor thin films each ahving a comparatively larger area that are bridged with a singular or plural number of superconductors. |
