Soldering method for flat cable joints - transports cables on carriages suspended from chain over flow bath and penetrated and linked by rods with support brackets

The flow-soldering device, for large-area flat cables, moves them over a flow bath with a transport chain (1). Independent carriages (3) are suspended from the transport chain by pins (2) and can move w.r.t. one another. The flat cables are held on these carriages. Rods (6) pass through several carriages on both sides of the flat cables and are linked (7) to several carriages. The rods have support brackets (8) at both ends and adjusting flaps (9) that engage in the carriages' lateral support brackets (4). These brackets hold the rods.
