<p>The temp. coefft. of resistance is adjustable at low temps. continuously between a positive or negative value by the addn. of a magnetic metal and/or annealing at an elevated temp. which raises the temp. of coefft. by positive values. The alloys may be used for precision measuring equipment at very low temps., e.g. liquid He temps. and are cheaper in first cost and mfr. than Cu alloys. Typically, Mn addns. are made to a 5% Mg contg. alloy.</p>
