Said mixtures may include H 2 (e.g. up to 10% total vol.) or at least one of O 2 , CO 2 , CCl 2 F 2 , SF 6 (e.g. up to 10% total vol). Example mixtures include He with 10% H 2 , and He with 3% SF 6 , 5% CO 2 . The Specification refers to welding with or without a filler.</p> |
