The invention describes a pair of pliers for making orthodontic rings necessary in fixed devices used in orthodontic dental offices.According to the invention, the pliers consist of a passive arm, articulated through a screw to an active arm, which has in its upper part a slot, in which, by pressing, a metallic strip is immobilized by a cursor provided with a return spring. The cursor has teeth for the immobilization of the strip by pressing; at the top of the arm, in the active area, three conic pins corresponding to some holes perforate the strip and some cutting edges move the metallic strip after crimping; a reel with a rolling drum is fastened on the passive arm.
