The cutting tool clamp consists of a cylindrical shaft with a head (1) and ring-shaped groove (2) on the cylindrical part and a plain cylindrical part (3) fitting into a recess (4) provided on the tool holder. The cylindrical shaft continues with a threaded part (6). The tip cantilevered from the ring shaped anchorage (2) is curved and pointed towards the tool (20). The part anchored in the ring groove contains a recess with an insertion opening which has diverging edges to the outside. The diverging edges facilitate the clipping-on operation of the claw onto the groove.
