<p>The suspension bar is for the automatic handling of goods wagons moving along a railway track which have a central cross piece elevated at its two ends. The bar comprises three components which are soldered together around an elongated central V-shaped section fitted with protruding lugs, one being soldered at each corner of the section. The two end components are rectangular in cross section and curved through 90 deg. forming a ring on their upper faces. The dimensions of the cross section match those of the central section ends against which they are attached. The assembly is located in position by bolts passing through the lugs on the section corners.</p> |
